  • 1-2 scoops orange sherbet
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • Prosecco to top
  • Few dashes of orange bitters

Method

  • Step 1

    Add two scoops of the orange sherbet to a glass and top off with Aperol, Prosecco and a few dashes of bitters.
