  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni, for topping
  • Jalapeño, sliced for topping
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the grill to 325°F.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, onion salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.

  • Step 3

    Grease the bottom and sides of a cast iron pan with avocado oil.

  • Step 4

    Spread the cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan.

    Layer the Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and jalapeno slices over the cheese mixture.

  • Step 6

    Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sides start to turn slightly brown and the dip is bubbly.

  • Step 7

    Remove from the grill and serve with grilled cheesy garlic bread.
