  • 1 cup of fresh mango or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups cups of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favourite dairy-free alternatives )

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
