ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pink of sea salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond milk
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cook pancakes in coconut oil until you see bubbles, then flip.
Step 2
Caramelized bananas: cook bananas in 1 tbsp coconut oil, sprinkle with cinnamon, flip after about 30 sec (they cook quick!!)
