ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry oregano
  • 2 tabelspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • buttermilk sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 400ºF. Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut into wedges or fries. Place in a big bowl and add paprika, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.

  • Step 2

    Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in the oven for 1h at 400ºF.

  • Step 3

    Serve with salad if vegetarian or anything else and some sauce like buttermilk sauce (my favorite).
