  • 1 Pre-seasoned shawarma chicken thigh
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon garlic spread
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • Microgreens
  • Jalapeños
  • Red Chutney

Method

  • Step 1

    Toast your bread. Spread garlic aioli on one piece of toast and hummus on the other piece.

  • Step 2

    Layer chicken, microgreens, and jalapeño on one piece of toast.

  • Step 3

    Add chutney to the extra piece of toast, and sandwich the ingredients.
