ingredients
- 1 tablespoons ghee
- 3 medium sized beets
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Pinch black pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven 400°F
Step 2
Rinse, peel, and chop beets
Step 3
Place beets on a parchment lined sheet pan
Step 4
Heat ghee with cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper in a small pan. When seeds begin to pop, remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour spiced ghee onto beets, then cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
