ingredients
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1/4 cocoa nibs
- 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoons cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes (reserve ¼ cup for topping)
- *If mixture is too dry to form solid truffles, add a little bit of water/or fruit juice at a time, if mixture is too liquidy to roll add more dates)
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a food processor
Step 2
Using your hand roll the mixture into tiny truffles about 1 and ½” in diameter
Step 3
Coat with coconut flakes
