ingredients

  • 2 a fresh Pear
  • 1 teaspoons fresh Honey
  • 1 teaspoons fresh Virgen extra olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    cut pears in half. remove the stem from the center spread the honey and extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon powder over the pears. place a wax paper in the fryer and cook at 190 degrees for 8-9 minutes. enjoy with yogurt, cheese or granola.
