ingredients
- 2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tabelspoons chia seeds
- 1 tabelspoons maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Heat berries in saucepan over medium heat. After a few minutes, using a fork, smoosh the berries. The juices will start to flow and allow to simmer for a minute or two. Remove from heat. Add in chia seeds and maple syrup and mix well. Let it cool. That’s it! Enjoy!
