ingredients

  • 2 slices GF bread
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 sliced radishes
  • 1/2 baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 avocado

Method

  • Step 1

    To assemble the sandwich, spread hummus on one side of each slice of bread. Add avocado, cucumber, radishes and baby spinach. Enjoy!
