Homemade Granola with Coconut Yoghurt and Fruit

ingredients
Granola
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoons ground cinamon
- 1 pinch salt
Method
Granola
Step 1
Heat coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt for a couple of minutes and add nuts, seeds and coconut flakes, stir to coat.
Step 2
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 min at 150°C.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, add sultanas or cranberries and wait 20 minutes until the mixture has cooled down and hardened. Break apart granola and store in an airtight container in the fridge
