ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon collagen or plant protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients (except the frozen raspberries and coconut yogurt) to a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring every now and then until very creamy.
Step 2
Put the raspberries in a pan with a splash of water and let them cook for a few minutes until they break down into a compote like consistency.
Step 3
Serve oats with raspberry compote, your favourite probiotic-rich yogurt and top with more berries.
