ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoo maple syrup
- 1/4 cup stewed raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 fresh berries
Method
Step 1
Grate cauliflower with a box grater or use frozen cauliflower rice.
Step 2
⠀ Add milk, oats, cauliflower rice and cinnamon to a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the oats have absorbed all of the liquid. Add more milk if necessary. Turn off the heat, put the lid on, and let sit for 5 minutes. ⠀
Step 3
Serve cauliflower oats in a bowl and top with desired toppings. I went with stewed raspberries, hemp seeds fresh blackberries, raspberries and banana. Enjoy!
