- 1/ 4 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/ 2 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/ 2 teaspooon cinammon
Grate cauliflower with a box grater or use frozen cauliflower rice.
Add milk, oats, cauliflower rice and cinnamon to a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the oats have absorbed all of the liquid. Add more milk if necessary. Turn off the heat, put the lid on, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve cauliflower oats in a bowl and top with desired toppings. I went with peanut butter, blueberries, gooseberries, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
