ingredients
- 50 grams coconut oil
- 25 grams coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 40 grams almond meal
- 15 grams buckwheat flour
- 1 sliced apple
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Grease a 11 cm spring form, and line with baking paper. ⠀
Step 2
Cream the coconut oil and sugar in a mixing blow using and electric mixer. Add the egg, buckwheat and almond meal bit by bit and combine well.
Step 3
Transfer into the cake tin, press down the apple slices and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
