Last night's joint birthday event for 25 guests was a success! 10 courses included charcuterie platter, veggie cups (not in picture), samosa arancini balls over butter chicken sauce, leek & potato soup, shrimp tacos, pork belly with scallion salad & roasted rice cake, jerk chicken with rice pilaf & coleslaw, ricotta & spinach stuffed shell pasta, slow roasted salmon with nicoise sauce & tangy greens, and lastly, fruit cake for the birthday boys! -@mamapakskitchen
