ingredients

  • 3 cups Oats
  • 2 large scoops Protein Powder of Choice
  • 2 teaspoo Baking Powder
  • 3 heaping tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Alternative Milk or Water
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 splash of Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chi Seeds

Method

  • Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and oil your sheet pan.

  • Step 2

Combined all of your dry ingredients into one bowl and mix together

  • Step 3

Combined all of your wet ingredients into another bowl and whisk together

  • Step 4

Once mixed well, add your wet ingredients into your dry mix and mix together until it is all combined.

  • Step 5

Add in the yummy bits! Add your chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and chia seeds. You can also put anything else you want in! Make them perfect for YOU!

  • Step 6

Once the batter is ready, place a heaping tablespoon of the batter onto the sheet. This doesn't have to be a perfect cookie shape. Place each cookie about an inch away from the other.

  • Step 7

Pop these in the oven for about 13 minutes. Depending on your size you may want to add a minute or two, or take a minute or two off the timer, for that perfect bake.

  • Step 8

    Enjoy these amazing cookies!
