- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Method
Step 1
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
After the 10 minutes, slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
Step 4
Using a rubber spatula, mix everything together until clumps of flour are gone.
Step 5
If using add-ins, fold them in and mix till just combined.
Step 6
Measure out 1/4 cup of batter and pour onto a greased skillet on high to medium heat. Cook on both sides of the pancakes till golden, about 2-3 minutes.
