ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup grapes

Method

  • Step 1

    Drain the chickpeas, and pat them dry. Chop celery, pecans, and grapes.

  • Step 2

    Place the chickpeas into a medium size bowl, and mash with a large fork or potato masher.

  • Step 3

    Once chickpeas are mashed together, add in the mayo, dijon mustard, and honey. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking.

  • Step 4

    Fold in the celery, pecans, and grapes.

  • Step 5

    Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, then serve on your favorite bread!
