  • 1 cup California walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 325°F.

    In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, California walnuts, dried cranberries, and dried coconut flakes.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
