Clémentines au Grand Marnier... Pour 6 personnes 6 clémentines - 175g de sucre - 20cl de Grand Marnier - 1 bâton de cannelle - 2 clous de girofle Pelez les clémentines. Retirez les peaux blanches. Dans une casserole sur feu doux, dissoudre le sucre dans 20cl d'eau. Porter à ébullition et laisser bouillir 1 minute. Hors du feu, ajoutez le Grand Marnier, la cannelle, les clous de girofle et les clémentines. Laisser infuser au réfrigérateur quelques heures. Servir bien frais avec un peu de sirop!

I was super excited to see @madamejuju post this! I had it for dessert at a friend's house a few months ago and it was a perfectly judged. Just sweet enough to make us feel like we were ending dinner on a high note but the citrus felt more like a palate cleaner. I didn't leave dinner feeling over stuffed and lathargic. I've been a convert ever since! @madamejuju posted a recipe on her "before" picture that i have translated here: Clementines Grand Marnier ... For 6 people 6 clementines - Sugar 175g - 20cl Grand Marnier - 1 cinnamon stick - 2 cloves. Peel the clementines. Remove the white bits. In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the sugar in 200ml of water. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Off the heat, add the Grand Marnier, cinnamon, cloves and clementines . Infuse in the refrigerator several hours. Serve chilled with a little syrup !
