"Breakfast, Snack or Frozen treat, this super simple Açaí bowl is perfect for hot summer days or any occasion frozen treat. Only 5 ingredients in the base, 1 blender, no mess. You can stop here and scoop it out as ice cream, put it in popsicle molds, or garnish it with all your favorite toppings. I added Goji Berries, Black Berries, Banana, Grain-Free Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries, shredded coconut and the fresh mint was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend some fresh mint)."

ingredients

  • 2 frozen + peeled Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen Mixed Berries
  • 200 gram frozen Açaí
  • 1 tablespoon ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Oat Milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until it looks like a sorbet.

  • Step 2

    Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to transfer to a bowl. I used 3 scoops per bowl. Then, use the back of a spoon to press down and level out to create a flat surface for all of your toppings.

  • Step 3

    Add all of your favorite ingredients to top it off! I highly recommend adding some fresh mint to whatever you choose. I added Goji Berries, Black Berries, Banana, Grain-Free Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries, shredded coconut and the fresh mint was the icing on the cake!
