Lentils have never really been my cup of tea......but, seeing as they are meant to be good for you and full of protein I thought I'd give this classic combination of roast pumpkin and feta a go. I fried some garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme and chilli in olive oil, then I added the lentils to warm through and pick up all those flavours before mixing in the pumpkin and feta. I also roasted some red onion for a little sweetness to balance the salty feta. Pork ragu with huge conchiglioni pasta shells - my husband made the sauce (I've obviously inspired him 😝). He found a recipe that calls for a big piece of pork shoulder to be slowly cooked with tomatoes, some Italian sausages, onion, garlic and Bay leaves. My aunt used to make this cabbage and smoked ham soup/stew when we stayed with her in Montenegro. She used the local Montenegrin Njegusi prosciutto (smoked ham), but all I can get is a smoked loin of pork in the supermarket....
