Vegan Chocolate Marzipan Cake

Vegan Chocolate Marzipan Cake


2 cups Flour

3/4 cup Sugar

2/3 cup Coconut Milk

2 cups Vanilla milk

1/4 cup cocoa

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup vegan butter

vanilla extract

pinch of salt

2 tbsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into a non stick baking pan and bake at 375F for 30 -40 minutes or until a skewer insterted in the centre comes out clean.
