ingredients

  • 4 ounces yuzu juice
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 5 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • ice
  • 1 can Spindrift Spiked Lime Seltzer
  • lime wedges, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Place yuzu juice, lime juice, basil leaves, agave nectar and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, ensuring basil gets crushed.

  • Step 2

    Strain into 2 tall glasses, filling with more ice halfway full. Top with Spindrift Spiked Lime Seltzer. Garnish with lime wedges and basil.
