- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into cubes
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Steamed edamame, for serving
Method
Step 1
Season the salmon cubes with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the salmon cubes and pan-fry until crispy on all sides, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, combine coconut aminos, honey, and ginger.

In a small bowl, mix arrowroot powder and water, then add to the pan.
