ingredients

  • 1 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cups Organic Unsweetened Creamy Tahini
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cups Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 2/3 cups Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Dark Cacao Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 cups Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the Gluten Free Flour Blend, Coconut Sugar, Cacao, and Baking Powder to a mixing bowl, combine and set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a separate bowl, combine the Almond Milk, Tahini, and Vanilla Extract.

  • Step 3

    Add your wet to the dry ingredients and gently combine.

  • Step 4

    Fold in the Dark Chocolate Chips.

  • Step 5

    Divide between 6 Jumbo Muffins or 12 Standard Size Muffins.

  • Step 6

    Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 Minutes.

  • Step 7

    Remove from the oven and quickly add a few more chocolate chips on the top of each muffin, allow them to cool off and Enjoy!
