ingredients
- 1 cups Medjool Dates
- 2/3 cups Filtered Water
- 1/2 cups Coconut Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
- To Taste dark chocolate, sprinkles, chopped nuts, and assorted toppings of choice
Method
Step 1
Add the Medjool Dates and filtered water to a high-speed blender and blend until a thick and smooth date paste has formed.
Step 2
Combine the Date Paste, Coconut Flour, and Cacao Powder, in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Mix until you have a thick dough that holds together.
Step 4
Roll between palms and form balls.
Step 5
Dip into melted dark chocolate and add assorted toppings. Enjoy!
