This could be an afternoon of learning and fun. My daughter is making her first ever burger patties from scratch. I hope she can pull it off. I prepared the following ingredients for her. 750 grams ground beef, 1 C bread crumbs, 2 Tbsps milk, 1 large onion, 2 garlic cloves crushed, 2 tsps tabasco sauce, 1 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce, 1 large egg, salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until egg is fully incorporated. Portion shape patties bigger than a golf ball then flatten by pressing your fingers on it. Sear the patties in a pan on the stove about a minute on each side. Patties should take on a rich deep brown color.
