Smoked Sea Salt And Tamari Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Just because #halloween is over doesn't mean #pumpkin is!

Remove seeds from pumpkin and place them in a colander. Run under cold water to rinse and separate the seeds from the flesh.
Toss seeds in 2 tablespoons of tamari and sprinkle with smoked Sea (to taste).
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line the bottom of a roasting pan with foil and spread the seeds out over the roasting pan in a single layer.
Bake on the top rack until the seeds begin to brown, 5-20 minutes, depending on the size of the seeds. Keep an eye on them. When lightly browned, remove the pan from the oven and let cool on a rack. Enjoy!
