- 4 slices of bread, toasted
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and then thinly sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese (or 3 tablespoons of ricotta)
- 4 strips of prosciutto
- Fresh thyme, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey, adjusted to taste
Method
Step 1
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
Step 2
Slice the peaches in half, remove the pits, and thinly slice.
Step 3
Tear the burrata ball and spread the cheese over the toasted bread slices. If using ricotta, spread 3 tablespoons evenly on the toast.
Step 4
Top with torn prosciutto ribbons and peach slices.
Step 5
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the toast, add a pinch of sea salt, and drizzle with honey.
