"Chocolate Ganache Tart for dessert tonight, because this week needed a little something extra. Recipe was adapted from @staniceb, and it so simple to make, and I already had all of the ingredients on hand, a big win in my book. The crust is all nuts, I did a combo of walnuts and almonds, but I think hazelnuts or pistachios would be really cool too, with a little butter, sugar and some salt. Rich chocolate, little flaky salt on top, nutty gluten-free crust."
