"Hi there! Happy Sunday! This week I’m bringing you Gochujang Cauliflower Wings. Yep, it’s spicy! Gochujang is a Korean chili paste that I’ve recently discovered and I am obsessed. I make vegetable tofu stir-fry regularly on lazy days and I’ve been adding this stuff in replace of sriracha and it brings so much flavor to a some-what basic dish. Any way, for this recipe I chose to highlight the famous cauliflower. Cauliflower is no longer considered the boring cousin to broccoli. People are turning this stuff in to everything from wings, pizza crust, even rice, and probably more. Some I can get on board with, cauliflower wings I’m talking to you. And some I can’t. But any way, if you love spicy food you are going to love these Gochujang Cauliflower Wings! Serve these with white jasmine rice and topped green onion and sesame seeds or simply as wings!"
