I used @counterculturecoffee for a Toddy cold brew concentrate with @berkey_filters water, coffee ice cubes made with leftover @magicbeans, and this dairy free cold foam situation was tested SO MANY times before I was happy with it. It’s not overly sweet or heavy, but is still rich enough to make your eyes roll back a little ( I make a lot of faces/noises/happy dances when I eat or drink something good, personally)."
Pumpkin Cold Foam Latte
Prep time 5mins
- Cold brew, of choice
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut cream, refrigerated upside down for at least 3 hours
- 1 1/ 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract
- 3-4 tablespoons date syrup, maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
In a medium bowl, combine the coconut cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla, sweetener and pumpkin spice. Mix well with a whisk until creamy.
Pour ice and cold brew into a glass, so that it's 3/4 full. Spoon pumpkin cream on top.
