- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup cottage cheese (about 1 individual container)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- A small squeeze of honey (optional)
- A few tablespoons of quick oats (optional) blended in or sprinkled on top!
