ingredients

  • 2 pieces premade empenada or pie dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 precooked chicken breast
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 mashed garlic clove
  • 1/2 diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonaise
  • A small handful cilantro
  • A small handful chive
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the filling ingredients (except the egg and red pepper) to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add the diced red pepper and mix with a spoon.
