ingredients
- 2 pieces premade empenada or pie dough
- 1 egg
- 1 precooked chicken breast
- 2 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 mashed garlic clove
- 1/2 diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- A small handful cilantro
- A small handful chive
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Add all the filling ingredients (except the egg and red pepper) to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add the diced red pepper and mix with a spoon.
