- 1 sliced bagel
- 3 tablespoons Red Gold Tomato Paste
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Pinch dried oregano, optional
- 1/ 4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or vegan mozzarella

Toast bagel to desired color. Let cool completely.
