- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/ 2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/ 2 jalapeño pepper, roughly chopped and seeded if desired
- 1/ 4 cup fresh lime juice, from about 2 limes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
Add cilantro, parsley, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt to a blender and puree to desired consistency. Taste and season with more salt if necessary.
