  • 1 slice brioche or sourdough bread, toasted, if desired
  • Pistachio cream
  • Apricot jam
  • Raspberry jam
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Fresh berries

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the pistachio cream slightly so the consistency is pourable, if necessary.

  • Step 2

    Add warm pistachio cream to a squeeze bottle.

  • Step 3

    Arrange dollops of pistachio cream in a circle to create the petals of the flower, then fill the center of each flower with jam.

  • Step 4

    Add more pistachio cream and jam dots around the flowers to evenly cover the bread, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt and garnish with fresh berries.
