Fruit Bowls with Yogurt + Granola Ingredients

ingredients
- 1 mini seedless watermelon, 1 ripe mango, or 1 ripe stone fruit (such as peach, nectarine, or plum)
- 2/3 cup Forager Vanilla Bean Unsweetened Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Michele’s Granola Original Granola
Method
For the Watermelon Fruit Bowl:
Step 1
Halve the mini watermelon and use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh from one half.
Step 2
Return half of the melon balls to the hollowed-out watermelon shell.
Step 3
Top with Forager Vanilla Bean Unsweetened Yogurt and sprinkle Michele’s Granola over the top.
Step 4
Enjoy immediately.
For the Mango Fruit Bowl:
Step 1
Cut the mango horizontally and twist the halves apart.
Step 2
Twist and remove the pit.
Step 3
Fill each mango half with Forager Vanilla Bean Unsweetened Yogurt and sprinkle with Michele’s Granola.
Step 4
Enjoy immediately.
For the Stone Fruit Bowl:
Step 1
Insert kitchen shears into the stem side of a ripe peach, nectarine, or plum. Firmly close the shears to grasp the pit, twist to loosen, and remove it.
Step 2
Gently pull the fruit apart without completely splitting it into two pieces.
Step 3
Fill the center with Forager Vanilla Bean Unsweetened Yogurt and sprinkle Michele’s Granola on top.
Step 4
Enjoy immediately.
