Frozen Latte

(3)

A Note from Feedfeed

I wondered what would happen if I poured my favorite iced latte into an ice cream machine. The result? After 15 minutes it transformed into a spoonable, icy treat similar to granita. Afternoon coffee has never been more refreshing! Iced lattes made with cow's milk work the best for this method, but it is possible to use non-dairy milk, too. The result is still delicious but the consistency is more icy due to the higher water content. You can order your favorite iced latte without ice and keep it cold in the refrigerator for a few days, or strain the ice out and make it right away. What's important is that the latte starts out cold when you pour it into the ice cream machine.
