Green Smoothie
School just started and the kiddos already have a day off! Whaaat? A green smoothie was definitely necessary!<br><br>RECIPE<br><br> 1 ripe avocado, diced<br> 1 banana, peeled and segmented<br> 3 leaves dinosaur kale<br> 1-inch knob fresh ginger, sliced<br> A few slices of apple<br> 1/2 cup coconut water<br> One healthy scoop of cayenne powder & cinnamon<br><br> Blend it up and = goodness!
