Baked Cinnamon Spice Apple Chips
Remember those incredible honey-crisp apples I picked? Found a healthy and simple recipe from Lisa @withstylegrace for Oven Baked Apple Cinnamon Spice Chips! A healthy and easy after-school snack! Just thinly slice the apples, toss with cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of raw sugar (optional) and bake in oven for 90 minutes at 200 F. Super easy, healthy and my kids loved helping make them!

Homemade crisps are one of the most fun things to eat and 1,000x better than their store bought alternatives, and they make a great afternoon snack when you're endlessly hungry from the heavier training that often comes with Fall.
