ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder + extra for coating
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin *Optiona to add sweetener of choice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add hot water to a heat save blender along with 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder and gelatin.

  • Step 2

    If adding sweetener, do it now. Blend ingredients then pour mixture into a glass or stainless dish and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.

  • Step 3

    Once firm to the touch, remove from your dish and slice into squares. Coat with extra cocoa powder and enjoy! Store extras in the refrigerator.
