  • 2 extra large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe banana chunks.

  • Step 2

    Blend until the bananas form a smooth and creamy consistency.

  • Step 3

    Pour the melted chocolate into the blender with the banana mixture.

  • Step 4

    Blend again until the chocolate and bananas are well combined, creating a thick and rich mixture.

  • Step 5

    Prepare silicone molds on a flat surface.

  • Step 6

    Pour the banana-chocolate mixture into the molds, distributing it evenly.

  • Step 7

    Place the filled silicone molds in the refrigerator and allow the Banana Chocolate Chip Bites to set for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  • Step 8

    Once the bites are firm, remove them from the molds and serve.
