These Frozen Mango Yogurt Popsicles are the 2-ingredient dessert we all need to beat the heat. Peeled mangoes are coated in yogurt, then frozen on popsicle sticks to make this easy treat.

  • 3 small mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml milk (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Wash and peel mangoes. Insert popsicle sticks into them. Freeze overnight.

  • Step 2

    Depending on the yogurt brand, you may want to add 15mL milk to the yogurt for a runny mixture. So it can coat the mango nicely.

  • Step 3

    Find a tall & wide enough glass to fully dip the mangoes in. Freeze for 5-10 mins for the yogurt to set. Ready to serve.
