ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked and mashed Sweet potato
- 6 fresh Medjool dates
- 1/3 cup Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Extra cacao for rolling
Method
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Place the mixture in the fridge to firm up for an hour before rolling into balls and then rolling in extra cacao powder.
Step 3
Store in the fridge for up to three days in an airtight container.
