ingredients

  • 17 ounces brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 cups soy milk, or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the coffee cubes in cooled glasses of preference.

  • Step 2

    Pour over the cooled brewed coffee and then lastly add in the creamy cashew vanilla milk.

  • Step 3

    For the Creamy vanilla cashew milk soak the cashews in the milk to soak for at least an hour, place in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Add in the vanilla, maple syrup, and salt and blend again.

  • Step 5

    Cool the milk before pouring into the cooled coffee.
