ingredients
- 2 cups washed Baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup toasted Almonds
- 1/3 Pomegranate jewels
- 1 tsp Harissa paste or powder
- 1 tbsp Agave or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic flakes
- 2 tbsp Leon juice
- Good quality olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper
- Fresh dill
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius.
Step 2
Wash and dress the potatoes with the harissa, garlic flakes, maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the potatoes on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake the potatoes for 15-18 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Serve with toasted almonds, pomegranate jewels and fresh dill.
